Shipping policy
Orders shipped by Early911S
The shipping and handling of our books is performed by company Early911S in Wuppertal, Germany. By ordering our books you give us your consent that your postal address is forwarded to Early911S. The books are sent by regular post or by courier by UPS or FedEx to international destinations. We use DHL for destinations within Germany. For especially large volumes/amounts, a commissioned shipper will be used.
Pre-ordered 964 Carrera RS books
Our new title Porsche 964 Carrera RS will start printing in the second week of September 2025. Printing, book binding, packaging and commissioning will take approximately 8 weeks. Consequently, shipping of the first orders only start in the first week of November 2025!
Delivery time
Your order is continuously processed after entry. For the delivery time to your country please look into shipping cost chart. Examples:
- Germany: approx. 2 working days
- France, Belgium: approx. 3 working days
- USA, Canada, UK, Switzerland, Sweden: approx. 4 working days
- Australia, Japan: approx. 6-8 working days
Important notice
Despite careful precautions, it is possible that goods could be damaged during delivery. Should this occur, you will be reimbursed for the cost of damaged items or we will replace the damaged items free of charge.
Please note the following procedures:
Shipping damages should be reported to the delivering agent immediately upon receipt. Subsequently, inform us of the reported shipping damage. If you plan to return any items, please inform us before doing so by Email, Fax or Phone. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Shipping costs
The shipping costs will calculated once for each order and include postage and handling. The price for shipping varies depending on which country destination is chosen and also on the quantity of books ordered as the weight of the parcel will increase.
